We exercise utmost care in processing articles entrusted to us and use such processes which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and condition of each individual article.  

Draperies and curtains while hanging, are subject to the deteriorating effects of sunlight, heat, humidity, and air pollution. Tender areas in the fabric caused by these conditions may result in damages despite our careful cleaning procedures. Such damages to curtains or draperies may include but are not limited to sun fading; color loss due to the degradation of the fabric while hanging; shrinkage due to improper pre-shrinkage of the manufacture; water stains which may become darker from the heat of processing.

Release of Liability

I have read the above statements and understand the risk involved in processing my items. I understand that this is not a comprehensive list of risks and other unforeseen occurrences are possible and may have not been stated. I release the Clean Taos Inc. and any subcontractor from any and all liability for processing my items. I have completely read this form and understand the risk. By signing below I agree to assume all liability. I understand that in the event that one or more of possible risks occurs that I am not entitled to compensation except for the cost of the cleaning service.
