We exercise utmost care in processing articles entrusted to us and use such processes which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and condition of each individual article.

Silk fabric has limited serviceability through it may be expensive. Even with special care in dry cleaning or in water, a poorly dyed silk garment may suffer color loss or discoloration. Also, silk yarns may result in fabric splitting or deterioration.

Color loss or discoloration may have resulted from spillage of food or liquid. Rings caused by spillage cannot always be removed. Normally harmless chloride salts in food and liquor will cause color loss in poorly dyed silk. Sunlight may cause color loss. Abrasion or chafing in normal wear can result in loss of brightness or depth of color.

The fabric may split at points of wear if the silk yarns are fine. Tight fitting garments will strain and split fabric. Underarm deodorants, perspiration and food or liquor spillage may cause fabric splitting.

Release of Liability

I have read the above statements and understand the risk involved in processing my items. I understand that this is not a comprehensive list of risks and other unforeseen occurrences are possible and may have not been stated. I release the Clean Taos Inc. and any subcontractor from any and all liability for processing my items. I have completely read this form and understand the risk. By signing below I agree to assume all liability. I understand that in the event that one or more of possible risks occurs that I am not entitled to compensation except for the cost of the cleaning service.
